Uh-oh! Someone let me try my hand at driving!
"WHEE!! It's fun when Mommy's driving!"
Brian and a friend took his boat out for an overnight surfing trip at the ranch. Daniel and I met them on their way home at the Goleta Beach pier. It was both mine and Daniel's first time on the boat out at sea. (We usually just hang out on the boat at home and pretend we're on the ocean!) It was a hot, gorgeous day- perfect for a quick boat trip. Daniel is in love with Brian's boat. Everytime we are in the front yard he points to the boat and grunts indicating that he wants me to put him on it to play. Sometimes when we are inside the house Daniel will get my shoes and bring them to me and then go to the front door because he wants me to take him out to the boat. Like father, like son, I guess!!

Haha - I saw this and totally thought of Cole! When he wants to go to the park in our complex, he'll bring me his shoes and point at the gate. I guess they always know what they want. ;)
