Snow!!

Once in a blue moon we are lucky enough to have our local mountains dusted with snow. The kids had never experienced snow before, so after we spotted the white on the mountains we pulled on the warmest clothes we had and piled into the minivan. You know you live in Goleta when you have to use rain boots and a beach shovel in the snow!

It was Charley's first time in the snow too.

Daniel and Brian used a boogie board and slid down the hill behind them.

When we couldn't feel our hands or toes and were surrounded by more mud then snow, we headed back down the mountains for home and hot cocoa!

Kendall's Dedication

Kendall was dedicated in church today along with Peter. A few years ago, Daniel and Caleb were dedicated together and it was special to celebrate our littlest ones again with the Gupta family.

Kendall's verse:

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
